Pines Country Club is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Valley, Nebraska.
The course opened in 1977. The course architect was Bill Kubly.
This predominately flat course has tree-lined fairways, generous landing areas, and fast, undulating greens. Water hazards come into play on several holes.
#4, a 527 yard par-5 is one of the most difficult holes. It has a lateral water hazard and two small ponds straddling its fairway, forcing you to think before hitting your tee shot.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,723 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,284 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 4, a par-5 that plays to 527 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 164 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 2, a 481-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Pines Golf Course is # 16, a 421 yard par-4.
